Method
- Plug in and preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In the air fryer container or a large bowl, mix the sweet potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Use a hand mixer or spatula if needed.
- Arrange the seasoned wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10 minutes. Check for tenderness and crispiness. Air fry an additional 2–5 minutes if needed.
- Transfer to a serving plate. Add a pinch of salt and garnish with parsley if using. Serve immediately.
Notes
- If your wedges are on the thick side, go for the full 15 minutes.
- Use avocado oil if you prefer a higher smoke point.
- Add cayenne if you want a spicy kick.
- This recipe works with purple or white sweet potatoes too!
